What is the theme of the Integrative Judaism book?

Sadly, much of traditional Jewish practice has become rote and routine. The Integrative Judaism text explores Jewish traditions and practices that can bring joy, meaning, and purpose to our lives. Just as parental and therapeutic relationships aid our emotional development, our most Divine relationship cultivates the soul.
